Mark and Belynda Prehn have lived here for 4 years after Belynda retired from being a flight attendant for 33 years. Mark has worked for golf courses in the past and works for the maintenance department during the summer.
They enjoy the luxury of having a patio home that maintains their yard during both the summer and winter months. This also makes traveling a lot more convenient.
Both Mark and Belynda use the fitness center regularly. The Sauna and Steam rooms are great a asset for relaxation after working out.
The Clubhouse has really introduced them to many of the community members they did not know. It is a nice way to enjoy a drink with new friends.
